Summary of Position (Job Purpose) - Major purpose and functions of the position. Responsible for setting up and/or disconnecting utilities for new, relocating, expanding and existing stores Coordinate with landlords and General Contractors to obtain utility provider/meter information prior to a store's turnover to set up utility accounts Coordinate with field and facility operations to assist with urgent utility requests for all open Dollar Tree and Family Dollar locations providing a solution for immediate resolve Serve as primary utility contact for utility vendor and internal associates Principal Duties and Responsibilities - Primary responsibilities listed in order of importance Manage new store (construction) workload by regularly reviewing upcoming turnover dates Work with landlord and Project Manager to identify utility providers and any existing meter numbers to transfer utilities to our name Obtain Surety bonds in lieu of large deposits and provide to utility...
