The Utility Conflict Coordinator is responsible for the oversight and coordination of design and locate tickets, program contractors, and performance of other tasks related to the processes of locating, documenting, maintaining, and protecting Tampa Bay Water's (Agency) underground pipelines and associated appurtenances within the Agency's tri-county service area of Hillsborough, Pasco, and Pinellas Counties in central Florida. Under general supervision, Operators perform certified and skilled work in the 24-hour operation of an interlinked, tri-county network of water treatment plant, pipeline and pumping station infrastructure.
