Description: The Transmission Field Services (TFS) Engineering Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day operations of Project Managers, Project Coordinators, and Project Controls Analysts, facilitating professional growth among team members, and reporting metrics and statuses to the Group Manager and the customer. The Engineering Supervisor provides leadership and direction to their direct reports and ensures that all projects meet their Cost, Quality and Timing metrics.
