Job Description PRIMARY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES Commissioning of electrical and mechanical metering equipment in a variety of environments, including:Commercial Real Estate office buildings Mission critical facilities (e.g. data centers) Central boiler and chiller plants Small power generation and cogeneration stations (up to 100 MW) Identify and assemble required documentation, drawings, and data from clients, vendors, and contractors Develop building-specific commissioning reports Submit progress reports and commissioning meeting notes to the project and facility manager Perform physical testing of electrical/mechanical equipment and record using test instrumentation Respond to customer inquiries in a manner that exceeds the customer's expectations
