Position Summary Description The Senior Engineer oversees the project's conception, design, and specification, including but not limited to, reliability and economic analysis of new loads, best practices to integrate new resources or substations, and identification of areas on the Seminole system requiring upgrades/modifications for future load growth. In addition, the Senior Engineer, manages the evaluation of new generation and/or transmission facilities to the Seminole or Member transmission systems following FERC interconnection guidelines; leads the development and implementation of documentation for transmission planning compliance with the NERC Reliability Standards and FRCC requirements; evaluates transmission and generation options to serve Seminole Member load effectively and efficiently.
